Adult therapy
Individual counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, burnout, and adult ADHD or autism. Sessions are collaborative and goal-directed, blending evidence-based techniques with room for the parts of your story that don't fit into a protocol.
Teen therapy
Adolescents get a clinician who takes them seriously. We work on anxiety, mood, school pressure, social dynamics, identity, and self-harm risk, with parent involvement calibrated to the teen's age and the family's needs. Confidentiality expectations are set clearly with everyone at the start.
Child therapy
For younger children we use developmentally appropriate methods — play, art, story, and structured skill-building — alongside substantial parent coaching, because young children make the most progress when the adults around them change too.
Family therapy
Family sessions address communication patterns, conflict cycles, parenting alignment, blended-family dynamics, and adjustment after a new diagnosis or a loss. The focus is the relationships in the room, not identifying who is at fault.
Couples therapy
Couples work centers on communication, repair after conflict, trust, intimacy, and navigating major transitions together. Availability depends on current clinician caseloads — ask during your consultation and we'll tell you honestly whether we can take you or should refer out.
Trauma-informed therapy
Every clinician here works from a trauma-informed stance: pacing, choice, and safety come before processing. You will never be pushed to recount details before you have the regulation skills to do it safely.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT targets the loop between thoughts, feelings, and behavior. It is among the most researched treatments available for depression, anxiety, panic, and OCD, and it is highly practical — you leave sessions with specific things to try.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their charge. EMDR is well established for PTSD and single-incident trauma, and does not require detailed verbal retelling of the event.
Play therapy
Play is how children process. Play therapy gives kids a symbolic language for experiences they cannot yet articulate, and gives clinicians a window into what's driving behavior at home and school. Availability varies by clinician — confirm at consultation.
