Measure, don't assume
Every patient completes standardized rating scales at intake and throughout care. If a treatment isn't working, we want that visible in the data by week six — not discovered a year later.
About the practice
A Post Falls, Idaho clinic combining FDA-cleared TMS therapy with personalized counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and neurocognitive challenges like ASD and ADHD.
Our mission is to make advanced, evidence-based mental health care available in North Idaho without requiring a drive to Seattle or Salt Lake City — and to deliver it with the honesty and follow-through people deserve when they're already exhausted.
That means offering treatments with real research behind them, measuring whether they work, saying so plainly when they don't, and treating every person who walks in as someone who has already tried harder than anyone gives them credit for.
Every patient completes standardized rating scales at intake and throughout care. If a treatment isn't working, we want that visible in the data by week six — not discovered a year later.
Depression that has resisted two medications is a different clinical problem than a first depressive episode. Trauma-driven anxiety is different from generalized worry. We select the modality that fits the mechanism, rather than offering everyone whatever we happen to specialize in.
TMS, therapy, behavioral health, and coaching under one roof means the clinicians involved in your care actually talk to each other. Fragmented care is one of the most common reasons treatment stalls.
If a different provider, a different level of care, or a different modality would serve you better, we will say so and help you get there. Filling our schedule is not the goal.
Pacing, choice, and transparency are standard in every service we provide, not a specialty track. You always know what's happening next and you can slow it down.
Care here is delivered by a small, coordinated team. Ask at your consultation who you'll be working with and what their specialty is — we'll tell you before you book.
TMS treatment is prescribed and supervised by a psychiatric clinician who reviews eligibility, safety screening, motor threshold determination, and progress at every stage of a course.
Our counseling team holds Idaho licensure and works across CBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, family systems, and child and adolescent treatment. Every therapist maintains continuing education in the modalities they deliver.
Clinicians experienced in behavioral assessment, parent coaching, ADHD, autism spectrum support, and executive function coaching for students and adults.
Trained technicians deliver daily treatment sessions, monitor tolerability, and escalate concerns to the supervising clinician immediately.
A dedicated team handles verification, prior authorization, appeals, and scheduling so clinical time stays clinical.
North Idaho has more need than it has providers. We work to close that gap outside the treatment room as well as inside it — collaborating with local schools on behavior and accommodation planning, supporting veteran and first responder organizations, and providing education for families navigating a new diagnosis.
If your school, department, or organization would like a clinician to speak about TMS, trauma, ADHD, or supporting mental health in high-stress professions, contact the clinic and we'll find a time.
