Insurance & Payment Information

Know your cost before you commit

We accept most major commercial insurance plans as well as Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and VA Community Care referrals.

Before your first appointment, our benefits team verifies your coverage and tells you your expected copay, deductible status, and out-of-pocket cost in writing. No one should start treatment guessing what it costs.

What we verify for you

  • Whether behavioral health services are in network for your plan
  • Your copay, coinsurance, and remaining deductible
  • Any annual session limits or preauthorization requirements
  • TMS medical-necessity criteria and prior authorization status
  • Coverage differences between telehealth and in-person visits

TMS coverage and prior authorization

Most insurers cover TMS for major depressive disorder when specific criteria are met — usually documented trials of two or more antidepressants at adequate dose and duration, sometimes with a trial of psychotherapy. Our team assembles that documentation and submits the prior authorization on your behalf. Approvals typically take one to three weeks, and we tell you the moment we hear back.

Self-pay options

Self-pay rates are available for every service, including packages for executive function coaching where insurance coverage is inconsistent. We publish rates on request so you can compare, and payment plans may be available for longer courses such as TMS.

Payment policies

  • Copays are collected at the time of service
  • We accept major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards
  • Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid a late-cancel fee
  • Statements and receipts suitable for HSA or out-of-network reimbursement are available

Good faith estimates

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you are entitled under the No Surprises Act to a good faith estimate of expected charges. Ask and we will provide one in writing before services begin.
